🚚 Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

We use Shiprocket and trusted courier services like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, etc.
3. Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–7 working days

🔁 Return & Replacement Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
Returns or replacements are only accepted for:
Damaged Products
Expired Products
Wrong Product Delivered
You must raise the return request within 3 days of delivery.
2. Returns Not Accepted If:
Product is used or seal is broken
Return request is raised after 3 days
Customer error (wrong address, refusal to accept, etc.)

💰 Refund Policy

Product is not available in stock
Product is damaged and replacement is not possible
2. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay)
Or through UPI/NEFT based on customer-provided bank details
