At Prakriti Healthcare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer refunds only under specific conditions, mentioned below.

2. Conditions for Refund

Refunds will be processed only if:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect

We are unable to ship the ordered product due to unavailability

The product is lost in transit and undeliverable

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund will NOT be applicable in the following cases:

Product seal is broken, used, or tampered with

Customer changes their mind after placing the order

Wrong delivery address provided by customer

Return window (3 days from delivery) has expired

Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery without valid reason

6. Attach clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue (damage, expiry, wrong item).
7. Our support team will verify and approve/refuse refund within 48 hours.
8. Once approved, refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
9. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refund mode:

Razorpay (original payment method), or

UPI/Bank transfer (if applicable – customer must provide details)

6. Shipping Charges

If the product is returned due to seller’s fault (wrong/damaged item), full amount including shipping will be refunded.

If return is due to customer error, shipping charges will not be refunded.
